There are three levels of participation: - **Sliding Scale Level**: A daily email with the mindset magic strategy task and a link to the video explanation. - **Self-Directed Level ($37)**: Includes all features of the Sliding Scale level, plus a brief lesson, benefits, and tips for each task. - **Guided In-Depth Level ($397)**: Includes all features of the Self-Directed level, plus an in-depth workbook, additional exercises, and two one-hour online workshops. --- **2. Participant Information** **Eligibility** Participation is open to individuals aged 18 and older. The recommended minimum age is 16.
